Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return , items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition without any damage.
  • Subject to inspection by our team before approval.

Returns must include the following:

  • Original Product Certificate
  • Original or Copy of Invoice
  • Complete Packaging & Documentation
  • Lab Certificates (if applicable)

Note: Returns will not be accepted if any of the above-required items are missing.

Return Policy for Loose Gemstones

  • Customers may return gemstones within 7-10 days of delivery for an 80% refund.
  • valid reason for the return must be provided.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
  • If an order is canceled after paid certification, the certification cost will be deducted.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Payment Gateway charges (5%) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, with additional time required for bank processing.
  • Products must be returned within 15 days to be eligible for a refund.
  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory for gemstone or jewelry returns. Requests without this video will not be processed.
  • The refund will reflect in the customer's account once the return is verified.

Return Policy for Customized Jewelry

  • Custom-made jewelry (including rings, pendants, and bracelets) cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy

  • Customers may exchange for another product on our website valued at 70% of the original invoice within 3 months.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If an order is canceled, making charges will be deducted.
  • The Exchange product will be delivered within 5 to 7 days.
